Green Cheek Conures:Originally native to Brazil and the amazon regions, the green cheek conures is one of the most popular birds today because of their personalities, their beautiful colors, and that they are a fairly quiet bird. They need an owner that is able to give them a great deal of attention and give them time out of their cage. They love to be cuddled and have their neck and head rubbed. They love to hang upside-down, play with lots of toys, and try to get their owners attention to take them out to play with them. Our birds also love to have a snuggly in their cage to climb into and sleep at night.  Green cheek conures come in a wide variety of different colors. Halfmoon Conures are bursting with personality and are known for their cuddly and clownish nature as well. They are smaller than the cockatiel and more slender than that of the green cheek conure. Both the males and the females have the ability to talk and make tame, affectionate pets.

Dusky Headed Conures are known for their sweet temperament, especially when they are hand raised. They are also known for being great apartment birds, because they seem to be the quietest of the conures and your neighbors will never know they are there. Their voices are often described as a sweet chirping sound. They are slightly smaller than that of the Sun conure. Though Dusky Headed Conures are not as brilliant in color as some other parrots, they make up for it with a calmer disposition and less raucous sounds.
